A lease links a tenant to a unit for a term, sets the rent, and can auto-generate invoices.

    Open Leases & Contracts

    From the sidebar open Leases & Contracts, then start a new lease.

    Follow the lease wizard

    Pick the property/unit and tenant, set rent and dates, then Save.
